Spinlock New Product Innovations at BOOT Düsseldorf 2026

Spinlock are attending BOOT Düsseldorf 2026, and will unveil two significant new products: Rig-Sense Pro, a professional rig tension measurement tool, and the Deckvest VITO AFS, a next-generation inflatable lifejacket featuring Spinlock’s revolutionary Advanced Flotation System.

Rig-Sense Pro represents a major advancement in verifiable rig tension measurement for professional riggers, OEMs and spar manufacturers. Designed to meet the increasing requirement to measure, record and certify rigging loads, Rig-Sense Pro supports compliance, insurance and long-term rig integrity across installation, commissioning and maintenance.

The handheld, lightweight device measures Ø5–20mm wire and -6 to -60 rod, with a maximum capacity of 8000kg. It offers high accuracy through minimal cable deflection and stainless steel deflector sheaves, alongside robust marine-grade construction. Integrated digital connectivity allows data logging, certification and report generation via the Rig-Sense App, providing professionals with confidence and accountability throughout a rig’s service life.

Also launching at BOOT Düsseldorf is the Deckvest VITO AFS, marking a step-change in lifejacket design. Built around Spinlock’s new Advanced Flotation System (AFS), the VITO AFS introduces an integrated, 3D flotation construction that optimises buoyancy placement for improved rotation, freeboard and in-water stability, while maintaining a close-fitting, low-bulk profile.

The softer, flexible internal structure enhances comfort for extended wear, while high-contrast hi-vis pink and yellow panels significantly improve visibility in poor conditions. The VITO AFS is supplied as standard with Spinlock’s Harness Release System (HRS), alongside Lume-On™ and Pylon™ lights for enhanced night-time detection.

Visitors to BOOT Düsseldorf 2026 will be the first to see and purchase both innovations, reinforcing Spinlock’s continued commitment to advancing safety, performance and confidence on the water.
